- Service & Maintenance- Synergy can provide pricing if you want us to take over the maintenace of your current NEC system.
- Maintenance Agreements- Synergy can provide pricing to maintain your system, at a fixed annual price, in case something goes wrong.
- Move & Re-installation- Synergy can survey your system and your new site at no charge and provide you an estimate to move and re-install your NEC system.
- Cabling- Synergy can provide a bid to wire your offices with voice, data (Cat 5, Cat 5E, Cat 6) and fiber optic cabling to meet your needs.
- Dial Tone- Synergy can provide assistance in coordinating with any service provider, the addition of new lines, move and re-installation of existing lines, data circuits, T-1's, and ISDN lines.
- Hourly Service- Synergy can provide service on a time and materials basis. Synergy also offers 5, 10, 25 and 50 hour service blocks at discounted hourly rates. Synergy can also provide remote maintenance whereby our techs dial in via laptop and modem and service is billed in 15 minute increments. Synergy can also provide phone support for system managers, also billed in 15 minute increments, thus saving the expense of an on site technician visit.
